What You Told Us

Your remote pump operation, in your words - this is what we are solving for

  Your Situation

  • 70+ temporary lines across remote desert sites

Lay-flat hoses deployed & retrieved by machine, relocated every 1–2 weeks. 2 to 30 pumps per line (one every ~3 km), many on Aramco premises.

  • Day & night crews permanently on every line

Manpower & vehicles refuelling and watching pumps; a single fault stops the whole line; human mistakes hard to catch early.

  • No live view of pumps, fuel or ponds

Fully manual today - fuel, run state, engine health & pond levels invisible until someone drives out.

  What You Asked For

  • Monitor & control every pump remotely

All parameters - fuel, pressure, temperature, battery - with sequenced start/stop, from one screen.

  • Protect ponds & engines

Pond levels to prevent dry-running/overflow, and radiator temp to prevent overheating.

  • Predict breakdowns, reduce mistakes

Early warning before failure; smoother, safer operation.

  • Fewer people & vehicles - reasonable cost

Quality at the right price, that pays for itself by cutting site visits.

Remote Telemetry & Control

Retrofit sensors read RPM, fuel, oil & line pressure, temperature, battery/alternator & run-hours on every pump. Monitor - and start/stop/throttle, even in line sequence - from one dashboard, anywhere.

02

Dry-Run, Overflow & Overheat Guard

Level sensors on suction & discharge ponds plus engine-temperature watch. Auto-throttle or stop before dry-running, overflow, or desert overheating - before any damage is done.

03

Predictive Maintenance & Fuel

Vibration & fuel-burn baselines flag a pump trending to fail - days ahead. Spot abnormal fuel use (clogging, leaks, theft) and schedule one trip instead of an emergency.

Built for How You Actually Operate

70+ temporary lines that move every week - so the kit is designed to move with them

400–1k km
Total line network across sites

Many sites on secured premises

The challenge this creates

  • Lines are temporary & redeployed

Lay-flat hoses laid & retrieved by machine; fixed infrastructure won't work.

  • Remote desert, no mains power

Off-grid pits, long distances, harsh conditions.

  • Restricted Aramco access

Permits & no-photo rules - install must be simple for your own field crew.

Our answer: a portable kit-per-line

  • Rugged, solar-powered, redeployable

Clamp-on sensors + a comms box that mounts/dismounts in minutes and travels with the line.

  • Standardised & repeatable

Same kit for a 6-pump or 30-pump line - provision once, reuse everywhere.

  • Scales from 1 line to all 70+

Prove on one line, then roll the identical kit across the fleet at your pace.

Proven in the Field

Where We Fit

Pump-OEM systems (Xylem, Selwood) prove this works - but each is locked to its own pumps, so you'd have to buy new ones. SAP runs a mixed diesel fleet. We retrofit a vendor-agnostic layer onto whatever engines you already run - no pump replacement.

Vision 2030 aligned, with in-Kingdom data hosting available for PDPL compliance.

How It Works

From a diesel pump in the desert to your screen - built for off-grid, remote sites

⚙️

Sensors on the Pump

RPM, fuel, oil pressure, temp, vibration, flow - via the engine ECU (Modbus/CAN) or retrofit senders

📡

Edge Gateway

One rugged gateway per line aggregates all pumps + pond sensors & runs local safety logic

🛰️

Cellular + Satellite

4G/LTE where there's coverage; satellite where there isn't (see next slide)

📊

Dashboard + AI

Monitor, control, predict & ask - on web & mobile

Off-grid ready

Solar + battery at every node (12/24V from the pump battery for close sensors). No mains needed at the pit.

Retrofit, not replace

Bolts onto your existing diesel pumps - ECU or mechanical (see engine slide). Moves with the line.

Connectivity: Coverage Anywhere

The point others couldn't solve - here's how we keep you connected, even where there's no signal

1 · Works even with NO signal

Dry-run / overflow protection and auto-stop run locally at the line gateway. Pumps stay protected and data is stored & forwarded the moment a link returns - connectivity is never a single point of failure.

Edge autonomy + store & forward

2 · Pump-to-pump radio relay

Pumps sit ~2–4 km apart - well within LoRa radio range (10–15 km line-of-sight in open desert) - and relay down the line to one backhaul point, so no SIM at every pump. For an occasional 20–30 km gap we add a small relay mast or give that node its own cellular/VSAT uplink.

Private radio, no SIM per pump

3 · Backhaul to the cloud

Cellular (stc / Mobily) on the ~40–50% of sites with 4G/5G; VSAT satellite elsewhere - the same Ku-band approach STC & Intelsat already run for Saudi oil & gas SCADA.

stc / Mobily   VSAT (Aramco-grade)

Per-line connectivity, chosen per site

  • Has 4G/5G → cellular gateway (lowest cost)
  • No coverage → VSAT satellite on the line gateway
  • Near another line → share one uplink via radio link

On Starlink

Promising and we're ready to use it - but it's still pending regulatory approval in KSA (live already in Bahrain/UAE/Qatar). So our design does not depend on it: proven cellular + VSAT works today, and Starlink simply slots in as a cheaper option the moment it's approved.

Exact mix of cellular vs. satellite per line is confirmed at the site survey - we design each line around its real coverage.

Every Engine, On One Dashboard

Your fleet is mixed - electronic and mechanical. We handle both; everything lands on the same screen.

  Electronic (ECU) engines

~40% of fleet

Caterpillar, Volvo, Scania, Iveco - electronic injection with a digital ECU.

  • Plug into the ECU

Read RPM, oil pressure, temp, fuel & faults directly over CAN-Bus / J1939 / Modbus.

  • Full remote control

Start / stop / throttle out of the box - fastest to deploy.

  • Battery & alternator too

Voltage & charging status read over the same bus.

  Mechanical (analog) engines

~60% of fleet

Kirloskar, John Deere & similar - mechanical, analog dashboards. We make them “digital” with a retrofit kit.

  • Add a smart controller + senders

Deep Sea Electronics / ComAp / Woodward controller, magnetic pickup for RPM, plus oil-pressure, temp, fuel, battery-voltage & alternator-charge sensing.

  • Add an actuator for control

Remote stop standard; start/throttle via an add-on actuator where you want it.

  • Sourceable in India

Kirloskar especially - well-proven parts, controlled cost.

Battery voltage Alternator charging health - on both engine types (incl. dual-battery): catch a draining battery or dead alternator before a remote start fails.

Share your engine make/model list (Leo, Cosmos etc. are pump brands - we map the engine behind each) and we'll tag every one "plug-in" or "retrofit" before the proposal.

The Real Saving: Downtime & Manpower

Today one fault stops a whole line, and crews sit on every site - this is where the money is

Today

  • One pump fault stops the entire line

No isolation - the whole line is shut down and restarted, losing hours.

  • Day & night crews on every line

Permanent manpower & vehicles refuelling and watching pumps.

  • Reactive & manual

Problems found late, after the damage or the dry-run.

With Trinesis

  • Remote isolation + optional per-pump bypass

Isolate one pump & keep the line running - we can design the bypass with you.

  • Crews dispatched only when needed

Fewer permanent crews & vehicles - the biggest, fastest saving.

  • Proactive, 9–14 day warnings

Plan one trip instead of an emergency call-out.

Less manpower Fewer vehicles Lower fuel waste Less downtime - the pilot measures each of these on one real line, so the ROI is yours, not ours.

A Few Questions for You

Your answers shape the pilot scope and the firm price - let's walk through these with your ops team

  Technical & Site

  • Full engine make/model list?

So we tag each as ECU "plug-in" or analog "retrofit" before quoting.

  • Which lines have no cellular coverage?

Drives the cellular-vs-satellite mix per line.

  • Aramco access & permit process?

How we run the survey - with your field engineers if needed.

  • Open to a per-pump bypass design?

    Unlocks the biggest downtime saving.

  Operations & Commercial

  • Crew & vehicle cost per line, per month?

The baseline the system pays back against.

  • Which lines first, and the rollout order?

From the pilot line out to the 70+.

  • Confirm budget range & currency (SAR)?

So we engineer to it - quality at the right cost.

  • Timeline & who signs off?

So we scope a pilot that moves quickly.

We don't need every answer today - the site survey fills the gaps before we commit a fixed price.

Your Investment, De-Risked
