Your remote pump operation, in your words - this is what we are solving for
Lay-flat hoses deployed & retrieved by machine, relocated every 1–2 weeks. 2 to 30 pumps per line (one every ~3 km), many on Aramco premises.
Manpower & vehicles refuelling and watching pumps; a single fault stops the whole line; human mistakes hard to catch early.
Fully manual today - fuel, run state, engine health & pond levels invisible until someone drives out.
All parameters - fuel, pressure, temperature, battery - with sequenced start/stop, from one screen.
Pond levels to prevent dry-running/overflow, and radiator temp to prevent overheating.
Early warning before failure; smoother, safer operation.
Quality at the right price, that pays for itself by cutting site visits.
A vendor-agnostic, portable retrofit on your existing diesel pumps - with an AI layer on top
Retrofit sensors read RPM, fuel, oil & line pressure, temperature, battery/alternator & run-hours on every pump. Monitor - and start/stop/throttle, even in line sequence - from one dashboard, anywhere.
Level sensors on suction & discharge ponds plus engine-temperature watch. Auto-throttle or stop before dry-running, overflow, or desert overheating - before any damage is done.
Vibration & fuel-burn baselines flag a pump trending to fail - days ahead. Spot abnormal fuel use (clogging, leaks, theft) and schedule one trip instead of an emergency.
Ask in plain English or Arabic: “Which pumps on Line A are at risk?” Get instant answers from your live telemetry, fuel logs & maintenance history.
One live view of an entire pump line - monitor and control without leaving the office
Pond levels and engine temperature - the system acts before the pump runs dry, overflows, or overheats
Sensors + machine learning catch wear and abnormal fuel use before they become breakdowns

Vibration 5.1 mm/s (baseline 2.4) and fuel burn 19% above normal - bearing wear pattern. Predicted failure in 9–14 days. Bundle with the next scheduled site visit.
Ask in plain English or Arabic. Get instant answers from your live pump data.
2 of 15 pumps need attention on Line A:
Recommendation: service Pump 07 on the next planned trip - avoids one emergency call-out.
Line A diesel consumption:
| Day | Litres | m³ pumped | L/m³ |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day before | 8,940 | 61,200 | 0.146 |
| Yesterday | 9,610 | 60,800 | 0.158 |
+8% fuel for similar output - mostly Pump 07. Worth checking.
Real-time visibility for operations leadership - every line, one screen
| Pump | State | Fuel | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pump 03 | Running | 74% | ● Healthy |
| Pump 07 | Running | 18% | ● Attention |
| Pump 09 | Running | 61% | ● Healthy |
| Pump 12 | Running | 55% | ● Monitor |
| Pump 14 | Running | 80% | ● Healthy |
70+ temporary lines that move every week - so the kit is designed to move with them
Lay-flat hoses laid & retrieved by machine; fixed infrastructure won't work.
Off-grid pits, long distances, harsh conditions.
Permits & no-photo rules - install must be simple for your own field crew.
Clamp-on sensors + a comms box that mounts/dismounts in minutes and travels with the line.
Same kit for a 6-pump or 30-pump line - provision once, reuse everywhere.
Prove on one line, then roll the identical kit across the fleet at your pace.
Remote pump monitoring & control is mature technology - we make it work on your mixed, mobile fleet
| Today | Manual | With Trinesis |
|---|---|---|
| Pump check | Drive to site | Live, remote |
| Dry-run / overflow | After the damage | Auto-prevented |
| Breakdowns | Reactive | 9–14 day warning |
| Fuel use | Invisible | Per-pump, live |
| Site visits | Routine | Only when needed |
Pump-OEM systems (Xylem, Selwood) prove this works - but each is locked to its own pumps, so you'd have to buy new ones. SAP runs a mixed diesel fleet. We retrofit a vendor-agnostic layer onto whatever engines you already run - no pump replacement.
Vision 2030 aligned, with in-Kingdom data hosting available for PDPL compliance.
From a diesel pump in the desert to your screen - built for off-grid, remote sites
RPM, fuel, oil pressure, temp, vibration, flow - via the engine ECU (Modbus/CAN) or retrofit senders
One rugged gateway per line aggregates all pumps + pond sensors & runs local safety logic
4G/LTE where there's coverage; satellite where there isn't (see next slide)
Monitor, control, predict & ask - on web & mobile
Solar + battery at every node (12/24V from the pump battery for close sensors). No mains needed at the pit.
Bolts onto your existing diesel pumps - ECU or mechanical (see engine slide). Moves with the line.
The point others couldn't solve - here's how we keep you connected, even where there's no signal
Dry-run / overflow protection and auto-stop run locally at the line gateway. Pumps stay protected and data is stored & forwarded the moment a link returns - connectivity is never a single point of failure.
Pumps sit ~2–4 km apart - well within LoRa radio range (10–15 km line-of-sight in open desert) - and relay down the line to one backhaul point, so no SIM at every pump. For an occasional 20–30 km gap we add a small relay mast or give that node its own cellular/VSAT uplink.
Cellular (stc / Mobily) on the ~40–50% of sites with 4G/5G; VSAT satellite elsewhere - the same Ku-band approach STC & Intelsat already run for Saudi oil & gas SCADA.
Promising and we're ready to use it - but it's still pending regulatory approval in KSA (live already in Bahrain/UAE/Qatar). So our design does not depend on it: proven cellular + VSAT works today, and Starlink simply slots in as a cheaper option the moment it's approved.
Exact mix of cellular vs. satellite per line is confirmed at the site survey - we design each line around its real coverage.
Your fleet is mixed - electronic and mechanical. We handle both; everything lands on the same screen.
Caterpillar, Volvo, Scania, Iveco - electronic injection with a digital ECU.
Read RPM, oil pressure, temp, fuel & faults directly over CAN-Bus / J1939 / Modbus.
Start / stop / throttle out of the box - fastest to deploy.
Voltage & charging status read over the same bus.
Kirloskar, John Deere & similar - mechanical, analog dashboards. We make them “digital” with a retrofit kit.
Deep Sea Electronics / ComAp / Woodward controller, magnetic pickup for RPM, plus oil-pressure, temp, fuel, battery-voltage & alternator-charge sensing.
Remote stop standard; start/throttle via an add-on actuator where you want it.
Kirloskar especially - well-proven parts, controlled cost.
Share your engine make/model list (Leo, Cosmos etc. are pump brands - we map the engine behind each) and we'll tag every one "plug-in" or "retrofit" before the proposal.
Proven, industrial-grade devices - all sourceable & supportable inside Saudi Arabia / GCC
Final device selection confirmed at the site survey - we standardise on what your engines support and what's locally stocked & serviceable.
Today one fault stops a whole line, and crews sit on every site - this is where the money is
No isolation - the whole line is shut down and restarted, losing hours.
Permanent manpower & vehicles refuelling and watching pumps.
Problems found late, after the damage or the dry-run.
Isolate one pump & keep the line running - we can design the bypass with you.
Fewer permanent crews & vehicles - the biggest, fastest saving.
Plan one trip instead of an emergency call-out.
Your answers shape the pilot scope and the firm price - let's walk through these with your ops team
So we tag each as ECU "plug-in" or analog "retrofit" before quoting.
Drives the cellular-vs-satellite mix per line.
How we run the survey - with your field engineers if needed.
Unlocks the biggest downtime saving.
The baseline the system pays back against.
From the pilot line out to the 70+.
So we engineer to it - quality at the right cost.
So we scope a pilot that moves quickly.
We don't need every answer today - the site survey fills the gaps before we commit a fixed price.
Prove it on one line - quality at a reasonable cost, without replacing a single pump
Retrofit one line (one ECU + one mechanical engine) + both pond sensors + connectivity - install, kit & dashboard included.
Monitor, control & predict on real pumps - and count the crew trips it removes - then redeploy the kit to prove it moves.
Convinced? Roll the identical kit across the fleet at your own pace, with unit pricing that improves with volume.
Pricing depends on engine types, sensor count & cellular vs. satellite per line - confirmed after the survey, and targeted below the OEM quotes you've seen.
Let's move forward together
